Well, I am a Latvian girl, for a year I studied English Philology at the University of Latvia, but decided that it is not what I want to do in my future. Don't get me wrong - I love languages, but I doubt I could be a teacher or a translator.

I switching my university and my Major - I am going to study Art and Computer Graphics. It is going to be a challenge for me - because in this field I have got tons to learn and explore. Wish me luck

My tools usually are graphite pencils. At the moment I am trying out all kinds of media - charcoal, acrylics, gouache, pens ... still, mostly it is pencils. I am also trying to learn Photoshop CS, Corel Painter 9, and Illustrator CS. If I had a better computer I d look into 3D programs as well, but I am affraid my poor laptop would get rather ill.Of course my first steps in CG would not be fun without my dearest freind Wacom Intuos 3 - I love it.

I also like photography - though I do not know much of it. But I am learning and trying to put my finger on it all. I ve got two Sony cams at the moment, one is a very dear Cybershot 2mpix cam, not too posh, but the shots are good And the other one is a Sony DSC H1 - which I am learning to use now - veryyyy so nice so far.

That's about it. Ahh yeah, I love fantasy and figure drawing.
And am a huge The X files fan. LOL
