Messing with my Wacom :P (Nudity warning)

Hey there guys

I have had my Wacom Intuos 3 for about 2 weeks, and am very satisfied with it! It is great, you can sketch wonderfully with it. Gives you a feeling of freedom. I still consider myself as a total noob in digital art. I am getting to know more and more of Photoshop everyday

That is a good thing, because exploring new stuff is exciting. Although for the last few weeks, I have been having a little bit of a lack of motivation in all fields of my life, I have managed to sketch a tiny bit. SO I am posting some of my sketches in this Blog

Hope you enjoy, if you have an crits, advice, comment, etc. I will be glad to hear them.

Most of the ideas are connected with the Master and Servant Challenge on CGTalk

This one was done in one of my Literature classes at Univ. (felt pen)

Yea, wacom's take a little time getting used to them. They really make digital art a whole lot easier though. When I first got mine I checked out a lot of digital art tutorials to get an idea of some of the tools in photoshop, and how I could use them.

Your sketches are very nice. They have nice concepts and good solid figures, hope to see some cg'ed at some point. xP

I got one of those crappy doorstops Trust call a tablet, so I'm lookin' round for a decent Wacom. First I've got to get my head round vectors 'n such (I suck at CG immediately!)

You know I think your figures are great anyway Edite, so ya gonna get these pics motoring? All three look totally promising - but Im intrigued with the second one (the bridge)...

I find getting used to the Intuos 3 to be very difficult for me. I'm used to more traditional mediums..Got any tips? I hate the fact that when I turn the Tablet to the left(right handed) the lines I draw don't change accordingly. (Sigh)

Nice sketches, keep on pracicing and you'll get better every time you pick up your digital pen, keep going and don't get discouraged!
